Overview
This policy defines the publishing tiers, fees, and earning structure for creators and publishers within The Mane Experience (TME). It explains how credits are spent, earned, and recycled inside CrownThrive’s closed-loop economy.
The purpose is to ensure transparency, fairness, and scalability as the platform grows. All publishers, regardless of tier, operate under this unified policy.
Publisher Tiers
Publishers on TME are grouped into levels that determine posting limits, boost multipliers, and promotional access. Each tier represents a step up in visibility, analytics, and ecosystem integration.

Posting Fees & Credit Usage
Credits act as the operational cost of publishing and promoting content. These costs sustain the TME platform and incentivize responsible posting.
Fees are based on content type, visibility options, and promotional selections.

Earnings and Accrual
When a viewer engages with paid content, the publisher earns 70% of the Credits spent on that content.
These Credits accrue back into the publisher’s account and can be reused to post new content, boost visibility, or unlock premium features.
Credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or sold. The accrual system ensures ongoing creative reinvestment within the ecosystem.
Example:
- Viewer pays 100 Credits to view your post.
- You receive 70 Credits credited back to your account.
- 30 Credits go to platform sustainability and moderation operations.
Anti-Gaming and Fair Use
Credits earned through manipulation, artificial engagement, or violation of TME’s Acceptable Use Policy may be removed or reversed.
CrownThrive reserves the right to perform audits on publisher accounts showing abnormal traffic, coordinated upvoting, or spam-related activity.
- Detected abuse may result in credit clawbacks.
- Repeat violations may result in temporary publishing freezes or permanent bans.
- Appeals must be submitted through the support channel within 7 days of notification.
Refunds and Reissue Policy
Credits are non-refundable; however, reissues may occur in limited cases:
- Technical outage during publishing or event access
- Duplicate charge or transaction error verified by support
- Platform rollback following an internal audit
Verified cases result in returned Credits within 72 hours of confirmation.
Governance and Transparency
All tier adjustments, credit cost changes, or new publishing benefits will be listed in the Publisher Policy Change Log with version numbers and dates.
CrownThrive maintains the right to adjust pricing or feature access in response to ecosystem growth, server costs, and strategic integrations.
